Vegetarian Penne Pasta: Pasta with a sauce of white wine, roasted garlic, fresh basil, tomatoes, and pine nuts, served with fresh vegetables.

Risotto Crusted Salmon: Atlantic Salmon topped with a mushroom risotto and a champagne tarragon cream sauce, served with fresh seasonal vegetables.

A variety of non-alcoholic  beverages will be provided and a champagne toast will be offered to guests over 21 years old.
