Born in mainland China, Shauna experienced life as a sales agent with an international trade company for 5 years prior to immigrating to the United States in 2006. Upon her arrival, Shauna was enthusiastic to continue her passion for sales and obtained her California real estate license in 2007. After earning her real estate license, Shauna wanted to allow herself to fully immerse within American culture to prepare her to be a more successful real estate agent in the future. Shauna decided to continue her education, starting at a local community college and eventually earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting from Sacramento State University.

Shauna resided in Roseville for five years before relocating with her family to Granite Bay in 2010.
Shauna is proud to call Placer & Sacramento County her home and she has been able to establish a strong connection and involvement within her community in Granite Bay as well as the surrounding areas. Shauna’s unique perspective in real estate is strengthened by the fact that she has lived and worked professionally overseas. She has been able to maintain relationships with colleagues and clients locally and internationally, adding value to her clients in today’s global market.

Shauna and her husband, Stuart, share two beautiful children who attend Elementary and High Schools locally. A creature of habit, Shauna believes following a routine frees her mind to plan her day. She enjoys starting her day with a cup of coffee and a walk on her treadmill and likes to end her day spending time with her family and dog. In her spare time, Shauna enjoys watching her children playing piano, flute, trombone, soccer, and swimming, attending concerts and volunteering at her children’s schools.
